Ingredients
- 500 Mutton
- 125 gm Black lentils soaked
- ¼ cup Cooking Oil
- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 4 – 5 Dry red chilies
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Green chilies
- 3 Tomatoes boiled
- ½ tbsp Cumin powder
- ½ tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp all spice powder
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a deep wok over medium heat,

Add chopped onions and meat. Cook until the onions are soft and meat change its color.

Now add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder ,all spice powder and salt. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes

Add soaked lentils and 2 cups water.

Stir well

Cover with a lid and cook for 40 minutes or until mutton nd lentil tender.

Uncover and cook on high flame.

Meanwhile,heat 3 tbsp oil in a separate pan.

Add garlic, onions, dried red chilies

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.

Pour the temper over the meat and lentils.

Cook and stir well.

Dish it out.

Delicious Malka Gosht is ready to serve.
