Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mutton chops
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Roasted& crushed
- 1 tsp Coriander roasted& crushed
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tbsp Green chili Chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp red chili crushed
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- ½ cups Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1/2 cup Pomace olive Oil
- ½ cup Onion fried& crushed
- Green coriander for garnishing
Cooking Method

In a bowl, add mutton and all ingredients. Mix to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 2 hours to blend flavors.

Heat oil in a pan and add marinated mutton chops.

Cover the pan and let it simmer on medium low flame for 1 hour or until meat is tender and all water dries up.

Dish it out.

Garnish with green coriander.

Mutton Chops Masala are ready to serve.
