Ingredients
  • 3 cups Boiled rice
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peri peri sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • ½ Tomato chopped in tiny cubes seeds removed
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 Capsicum chopped in tiny cubes
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute onion for 2 minutes until translucent.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste with boiled rice and all the seasoning.
  4. Add capsicum and tomatoes.
  5. Stir well and cover the pan with a lid.
  6. Put on dum for 10 minutes or until rice is fluff.
  7. Dish it out.
  8. Delicious Peri Peri Rice is ready to serve.
