Ingredients
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 to mato finely chopped
  • 1 tin sweet corn
  • 4 salad leaves thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Maggi Umda Maza
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Place cucumber, onion, sweet corns and salad leaves in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, add lemon juice, oil, black pepper, honey, Maggi taste enhancer and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour this dressing over the vegetables.
  5. Toss well.
  6. Rapid Fire Corn Salad is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
