Ingredients
Ingredients:
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • ½ tbsp Mustard paste .
  • 1 cup Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 Capsicums
  • 2-4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Lemons
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
For Sauce:
  • 3-4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mustard paste
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt and black pepper as required
Cooking Method
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
  2. Then in a bowl add tomato ketchup, mustard paste, garlic paste, bar bq sauce, black pepper and some oil. Mix well.
  3. Now add chicken cubes in this mixture and marinate for 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
  4. Then cut the capsicums, onion and tomatoes into cubes.
  5. Now add the vegetables and lemon juice in the chicken mixture and set aside for a while.
  6. Then skewers the vegetables and chicken.
  7. Grill it over coals while spreading oil over them.
To Make The Sauce:
  1. In a bowl add tomato ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard paste, black pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. In the end serve the sauce with chicken shashlik.
  3. Delicious Chicken Shashlik is ready to serve.
