Ingredients
  • 300 gm Boneless Chicken
  • ½ cup Hung Curd
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Green Chilies Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Chilies
  • 1 tsp All Spice Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
For Garnish:
  • 5-6 Lettuce Leaves
  • 3-4 Tomatoes
  • 3-4 Onion cut into circles
  • 4-5 Lemon
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken into small cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, cream, green chilies paste, cumin powder, red chilies, all spice powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Now thread the chicken cubes into barbeque sticks then steam it or fry it or bake it and smoke the coal.
  5. Garnish with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, lemon slices, onions.
  6. Chicken Malai Boti is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Naan or Puri Paratha.
