Ingredients
- 500 gm Meat
- 125 gm Yogurt
- 2 Medium sized onions
- 3-4 Green chilies
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup Turmeric
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp Whole coriander
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg and mace powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
- Muslin cloth as required
- Salt as required
Cooking Method

In a muslin cloth place the whole coriander and cumin and wrap it tightly.

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add onion and ginger garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.

Add mutton and the spice bag.

Fry the mutton until the onions are uniformly distributed

Add the yogurt, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder, nutmeg and mace powder, and cardamom powder and fennel seeds.

Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the meat is tender.

Now remove the lid and increase the flame and add green chilies.

Cook for 5-10 minutes or until the gravy is thickened.

Take it out in a serving bowl.

Bhopali Korma is now ready to serve.
