Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton mince
- ½ kg Small ladyfinger
- 2 Onion chopped
- 3-4 Green chilies chopped
- 3 to matoes chopped
- ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Dy fenugreek leaves
- 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- ¼ cup Oil
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Finely chop ladyfinger and deep fry for 5-6 minutes or until crispy.

Remove from the oil and set aside.

Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.

Add ginger garlic paste and mutton mince and cook well for 10-12 minutes or until all water dries up.

Now add chopped onion, green chilies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red pepper, salt and turmeric powder.

Cook well until mince is cooked.

Then add fry okra (bhindi) and give it a light stir.

Put on dum for few minutes then dish it out.

Delicious Mutton Okra is ready to serve.
