Ingredients
  • ½ kg Mutton
  • ½ kg Ladyfinger small
  • 3 Onions
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 250 gm Yogurt
  • Mix whole spices as required
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Kewra
  • 1 cup Ghee
Cooking Method
  1. Fry 3 chopped onion with a little oil for few minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove the brown onion and keep aside.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, mix whole spices as required and mutton.
  5. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until meat changed its color.
  6. In a separate pan fry ladyfingers.
  7. Add yogurt , chili powder and coriander powder, salt to the mutton mixture.
  8. Turn the heat on low flame and let it cook for 40-50 minutes or until meat is tender.
  9. Add some water if needed.
  10. Now remove the lid and cook on high flame until oil comes on top.
  11. Now add fried ladyfingers to the mutton mixture.
  12. Sprinkle kewra and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  13. Dish it out,
  14. Garnish with ginger juliennes.
  15. Bhindi Gosht Qorma is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Roomali Roti.
