A classic Meat Balls With Lemon Sauce Recipe By Chef Zakir that rivals that of your favorite Italian restaurant! These meatballs will come out amazingly tender, deliciously flavorful, never dry and they’re always sure to impress! Do Try it!
- ½ kg Mince
- 100 gm Boiled rice
- 1 Onion
- ½ bunch Parsley chopped
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ¼ tsp White pepper
- 3 – 4 Green chilies
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- ½ cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Corn flour

Put together the mince, boiled rice, onion, parsley, green chilies and egg in a chopper.

Process until well combined.

Now add in black pepper power, white pepper powder and salt.

Mix well.

Take it out in a bowl.

Now shape into small meat balls.

In a deep pan, melt butter, add in garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.

Then add honey and cook for a few minutes more then add lemon juice and oyster sauce. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.

Now add 1 cup water and prepared meat balls. Cover and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes or until cooked inside.

In a small bowl, combine together the 2 tbsp corn flour with a little water and make a thick paste.

Pour in the pan and keep stirring.

Take it out in a serving dish.

Meatballs with Lemon sauce is ready to serve.
Serve hot with rice.
