Ingredients
- 2 Cups hot Milk
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Almonds sliced
- 1 Cup Semolina
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 scoops Ice-cream
- Desiccated coconut as required
- Pistachios as required
- Chocolate sauce as required
Cooking Method

In hot milk, add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved & keep aside.

Heat oil add butter and let it melt. Add almonds and stir fry for 1 minute & reserve 2 tbsp for garnishing.

Add semolina, cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes or until light brown.

Add cinnamon powder and mix.

Now add sugar milk mixture, mix well.

Bring it to a boil, cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Let it cool down.

In a cling film lined bowl add semolina halwa and set properly.

Add a scoop of ice cream and cover with semolina halwa then flip on serving plate.

Garnish with desiccated coconut, pistachios, fried almonds, chocolate sauce.
