Ingredients
- ½ kg Beef undercut
- 3 Onion
- 4 Green chilies
- ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 250 gm Yogurt
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg mace powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup Oil
Cooking Method

Cut undercut beef into thin pasanda strips, flatten using hammer.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a while.

Then add beef strips and cook for 10 minutes or until all water dries.

Add onion, green chilies, yogurt, nutmeg mace powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, crushed red pepper and salt.

Cover and cook for 25 minutes or until meat is tender.

Turn the flame off and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over it.

Dish it out.
