Ingredients
  • ½ kg Boneless Chicken
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Oil as required
For Making Sauce:
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Corn Flour as required
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, mix chicken cubes, sugar, salt, black pepper, and corn flour with oil. Leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Deep-fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and dish out.
  3. Heat oil and sauté garlic, then add stock, soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar.
  4. Cook until the sauce reaches boiling point, then add corn flour to thicken.
  5. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce.
  6. Dish it out.
  7. Delicious Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve.
  8. Serve hot.
