- ½ kg Boneless Chicken
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil as required
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Corn Flour as required
- 2 tbsp Oil

In a bowl, mix chicken cubes, sugar, salt, black pepper, and corn flour with oil. Leave for 20 minutes.
