Ingredients
- 3 cups Boiled chickpeas
- 1-1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Potatoes boiled
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Onion sliced
- 2 Tomatoes cut in cubes
- 4 Green chilies sliced
- 4 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1 cup Tamarind pulp
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 cup Papri
- 2 tbsp chaat masala
Cooking Method

For tamarind sauce add tamarind paste, coriander powder.

Add cumin powder, salt and some sugar to mix.

Now add the leftover sugar in yogurt and whip it.

Now in a platter add all the ingredients on top of the other to serve.
