Ingredients
  • 8 Eggs
  • 8 Green cardamoms
  • 1 cup Ghee / oil
  • ½ kg Khoya
  • 1- ½ cup Sugar
  • Almond & pistachios boiled chopped as required
  • Silver foil as required
  • Yellow color a pinch
Cooking Method
  1. Grind 8 green cardamoms with 1 tsp sugar and set aside.

  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add khoya, sugar, green cardamom powder, and a pinch of yellow color. Mix until well combined.

  3. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Pour egg mixture in a wok. Fry well on low flame for 10 minutes till oil separates. 

  4. Take it out anday ka halwa in a greased tray or dish, garnish with chopped almond and pistachios. Spread silver foil on top and serve.
