Ingredients
- 250 gm boiled & mashed potatoes
- 4 hard boiled eggs chopped
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup green onion chopped
- 4 green chilies finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
- 1-1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili
- ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 bread slices (soaked in water or milk and squeezed)
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- bread Crumbs for coating
- oil for frying
Cooking Method

Take a large bowl, add mashed potatoes, chopped eggs, onion, spring onion, coriander leaves, red pepper, green chilies, bread slice, garm masala, salt, squeezed bread slice and one egg.

Mix until well combined.

Shape mixture into round kabab’s.

Dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.

Now heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry kabab’s in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.

Take it out in a serving dish. Delicious Anday kay Kabab’s are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Ketchup or Mayo Garlic Sauce.
