Ingredients
For Pulao:
  • 1 packet Chicken tikka
  • 1 packet Seekh kebab
  • 500 gm Rice
  • 2 tbsp Whole all spice
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Brown onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 20 Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Screw pine essence
  • a pinch of Food color
  • 6 Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
For Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar
Cooking Method
  1. Mix mayonnaise, tomato, ketchup, salt, hot sauce, black pepper.
  2. Fry seek kabab and chicken tikka.
  3. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  4. Add whole spice cook for a minute then add yogurt, onion, ginger garlic, salt, coriander, turmeric, chilies cook for 3-4 minutes or until all water dries up.
  5. Add water and cook rice.
  6. Add green masala, screw pine essence, lemon juice and leave for simmer for 15 minutes or until rice fluffed.
  7. Remove rice in serving platter add chicken tikka and seekh kabab, add sauce.
  8. Give a smoke of coal.
  9. Delicious Barbeque Pulao is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with yogurt sauce.
