Try this BBQ Spin Roll Recipe By Rida Aftab, Italian chicken seasoning, cheddar cheese & capsicum wrapped in a crispy tortilla and baked with extra cheese on top. Served with BBQ sauce for dipping.

Ingredients
- 4 Tortilla breads
- 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 50 gm Butter
Ingredients for Filling:
- 250 gm Chicken mince
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Bar BQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 piece Coal
- 1 cup Capsicum chopped
Cooking Method

Heat a wok or pan over medium heat.

Add chicken mince, tomato ketchup, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, all spice powder, red chili powder, black pepper and salt. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until mince is cooked thorough and all water dries up.

Now give the smoke (duof coal.

Now cut tortilla bread into square.

Sprinkle grated cheese over them.

Spread chicken filling and chopped capsicum on tortilla.

Brush with butter.

Top with oregano and chopped garlic.

Now bake in the preheated grill oven for 10 minutes.

Take it out from the oven.
