Ingredients
- ½ kg beef
- 1 tbsp papaya
- 1 egg
- 6 green chilies
- 6 garlic cloves
- ½ cup fried onion
- ½ cup cream
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- Oil as required
Cooking Method

Place ground beef in a chopper or food processor. Add raw papaya, green chilies, black pepper, fried onions, garlic cloves, salt and red pepper. Process until well combined.

Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add cream and one beaten egg in it. Mix well.

Shape into kebabs and shallow fry until well cooked. Take it out in a serving plate. and enjoy!

Serve hot with mint chutney and salad.
