  • 1 kg chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds paste
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt

  • 4-5 tablespoons mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
Cooking Method
  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken fillets with poppy seeds paste, yogurt, papaya paste, salt, and ginger paste. Marinate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

  2. Prepare the Spice Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix the onion paste (make sure to drain the onion water), allspice, red chili powder, and black pepper. Let it sit for 1-1/2 hours.
