Ingredients
For Donuts:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 100 gm butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- a pinch of salt
- milk as required
- Oil for fry
For Vanilla Glazed:
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Cooking Method
To Make Dounts:

In a bowl, combine together flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, butter, caster sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and cream.

Knead a soft dough with milk.

Keep aside for 1 hour.

Now roll the dough and cut into rounds using doughnut cutter.

Fry doughnuts in oil for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.

Keep warm.
To Make Vanilla Glazed:

In a small bowl, combine together caster sugar, vanilla essence and milk.

Mix well.

To Proceed:

Spread vanilla glazed on top of each donuts.
