Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken wings with skin
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 125 gm Flour
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

In a bowl, mix together the flour, chili powder and salt.

Keep aside.

Wash and clean chicken wings.

Coat with the flour mixture and deep fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Heat butter in a wok over medium heat.

Add tobacco sauce and chili garlic sauce.

Mix well.

Add black pepper powder, garlic paste and salt.

Add in fried chicken wings, toss to coat evenly.
