Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken boneless cut into strips
- 4 ounce Butter
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper heaped
- 2 tsp Karahi masala
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Capsicum cut into julienne
- 4 Papar deep fried (for serving)
Cooking Method

Heat 1 cup water in karahi with butter, add in chicken with salt, crushed red pepper, cook till water dries and butter comes on top.

Add lemon juice.

Season with karahi masala.

Add capsicum and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat.
