Ingredients
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon drinking chocolate heaped
For Filling:
- 300 gm whipped cream
- 4 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
For Cadbury Frosting:
- 200 gm dark chocolate
- 200 gm cadbury chocolate
- 200 ml cream
- 3 tablespoon nutella
Cooking Method

Preheat oven to 180 degree C.

To Make the Sponge Soft:

In a small bowl, mix together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk and chocolate.
To Make Sponge Cake:

In a large bowl, beat egg, caster sugar and vanilla essence for 10 minutes.

Then fold into flour and coco powder.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
To Make Chocolate Filling:

In a large bowl, beat cream until thickened.

Then add icing sugar and vanilla essence.

Mix well.
To Make Frosting:

Cook the cream Then add dark chocolate, cadbury chocolate and vanilla essence in it. Mix until well combined.Let it cool for 30 minutes.
To Assemble The Cake:

Make a layer of sponge on serving tray.

Drizzle with sponge mixture to softened the cake.

Spread cream filling mixture over the sponge.

Make another layer of sponge.Spread frosting over the cake.

Garnish with cadbury chocolate.
