Ingredients
  • 1 packet Chapli kabab chicken
  • 250 gm Tomatoes chopped
  • ½ tsp Black caraway
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 4 Curry leaves
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 5-6 Green chilies
  • 4 tbsp Fresh coriander
  • Oil as required
  • 4 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the chapli kabab.
  3. Then remove and set aside.
  4. Now grind tomatoes and Pomegranate seeds add to the hot oil.
  5. Then add black caraway, red chili powder, curry leaves, salt, cumin, ginger garlic and turmeric powder.
  6. Cook well.
  7. Now place fried kabab and add prepared sauce.
  8. Lastly add coriander and green chilies.
  9. Chapli Kabab with Chutney are ready to serve.
  10. Serve hot with naan and salad.
