Ingredients
  • 8 mutton Chops
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Whole spice powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chili sauce
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Cooking Method
  1. In large pot, add the 2 tbsp oil, ginger garlic paste add mutton chops fry for 2 minutes then add yogurt.
  2. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
  3. Take a small bowl add chili powder, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, coriander powder, chaat masala, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and cumin powder mix well.
  4. Rub the chops with masala and cook on a greased grill pan.
  5. Cook until chops are done and tender.
  6. Remove from the grill and dish it out.
  7. Chatpatay Mutton Chops are ready to serve.
