Ingredients
  • 1 tin Evaporated milk chilled
  • 1 tin Condensed milk chilled
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1/2 cup Khoya
  • 4 Sapota Chickooblended
  • 1 tbsp Rose water
  • 1 packet Cream
Cooking Method
  1. In a blender, put all together evaporated milk, condensed milk, Bread slices, khoya,
  2. blended sapota (chickoo), rose water and cream.
  3. Process until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into qulfi molds.
  5. Freeze 8 hours or overnight or until firm.
  6. Remove from the molds.
  7. Delicious Cheeku Ki Qulfi is ready to serve.
  8. Serve chilled.
