Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- to taste salt
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp Salt and black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- For serving Hot sauce
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Sauté chicken in 4 tbsp oil for few minutes then add chicken stock, garlic ,salt.

Let it simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Then separate the bones and shred the meat then add half cheese , mashed potatoes.

Season with salt and paprika.

Then add 1 egg, flour add paprika , mustard powder ,salt and black pepper add and coat the bones in the mixture.

Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 portion.

Dip drumsticks in egg then coat in bread crumbs.

Leave it for 15 minutes in refrigerator to set the breadcrumbs.

Deep fry in a hot oil until crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oil and take it out in a serving platter.

Cheesy Drumsticks are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with Chilli Sauce.
