Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ bunch Coriander leaves
- 3-4 Green chilies chopped
- 2-3 Fresh red chilies
- ½ tsp White pepper powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 125 gm Thick yogurt
- 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers as required
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- ¼ bunch Mint leaves
Cooking Method

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

Keep aside.

Grind together coriander leaves, green chilies and mint leaves.

Then add desiccated coconut, salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, lemon juice, yogurt and fresh cream. Mix well.

Pour this mixture over the chicken pieces. Coat well and marinate for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Thread 4 -5 chicken pieces in each wooden skewer.

Cook in a grill pan with a little oil for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is tender.

When its color is golden, remove from pan.

Dish it out.

Garnish with onion rings and mint leaves.
