Ingredients
For Dough:
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Powder milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 +1 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Castor sugar
Chicken Filling
  • 1-1/2 cups Chicken boil and shredded
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt.
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 4 Green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • 2 tbsp Flour.
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • as required Sesame seeds
Cooking Method
To Make the Dough:
  1. In a bowl, combine together 4 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp castor sugar, 2 tbsp milk powder, 1 tbsp yeast, 4 tbsp oil and 1 egg.
  2. Knead to a medium soft dough with Luke warm water.
  3. Set aside and let it rise for 1 hour or double in size..
To Make the Chicken Filling:
  1. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a deep pan.
  2. Saute chopped onion till soft.
  3. Now add 2 tbsp flour with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp all spice, 1 cup milk, cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  4. Now add shredded chicken, 4 chopped green chilies and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Let it cool.
  8. Now roll the dough to a rectangular shape, snipped the edges sides with scissor on knife.
  9. Put filling in the center and fold each side so they overlap each other the filling will show slightly.
  10. Brush top with 1 beaten egg.
  11. Sprinkle sesame seeds and bake on 200 degree C for 25 minutes.
  12. Remove from the oven and cut into slices.
  13. Delicious Chicken Bread is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chili Sauce.
