Kids love doughnuts whether they are sweet or salty. Try this different type of Chicken Donuts Recipe By Zubaida Tariq. You can also give this to your kids in lunch. This recipe is suitable in lunch and you can serve it as a side dish.

Ingredients
  • 500 gm Boiled Potatoes
  • 250 gm Chicken mince
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Bread slice
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • 2 Eggs
  • Tomato ketchup as required
Cooking Method
  1. Boil  potatoes and mash them properly and set aside.

  2. Put chicken mince in a frying pan. Add soy sauce and white vinegar in it. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until all water dries up. Remove from the heat and let it cool. 

  3. Add a chopped bread slices in chicken and mix well. Now add  potatoes, black pepper and salt. 

  4. First shape into cutlets and then make a hole in the center with help of thumb. 

  5. Dip the donuts in egg and roll them in breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown. 

  6. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.  Spread ketchup on the top of the donut. Serve hot.
