- 500 gm chicken breast boneless
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 Capsicum sliced
- 2 Green Onion sliced
- 1/2 Egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 packet Egg Noodles
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves chopped
- 1 tsp Black Pepper crushed
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 4 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- Oil Fpr Frying
- Salt To Taste

Cut Chicken into strips and marinate with cornflour,egg,salt and pepper.

Boil Egg Noodles in salted water. Then drain. Now fry Egg Noodles in hot oil. Remove from the oil and keep aside.

Now deep fry chicken pieces until golden brown and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic in it. Now add lemon juice, chili sauce, carrot, capsicum, spring onion, brown sugar and fried chicken pieces.

Stir and cook few minutes or until done. Spread on top of boiled noodles. Chicken Fried Noodles are ready to serve.
Serve hot.
