An easy recipe to make a simple chicken wraps.If you like then you can also add few vegetables and sauces, but that tikka flavor is great on its own. Ingredients
- 300 gm boneless chicken
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tbsp tikka spice
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
- salt to taste
- butter as required
- a piece of coal
- Oil for frying
For Chapatti:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- a pinch of salt
- water as required to knead dough
Cooking Method
To Make Chapatti:

Place flour and salt in a medium bowl.

Gradually add lukewarm water and knead a soft dough.

Cover with wet cloth and place in a refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Make small balls out of the dough.

Roll them out into the chapati shape.

Place chapati on a hot griddle pan.

Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes or until done.
To Make Roll Filling:

Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.

Place chicken pieces in a large mixing bowl.

Add garlic, tikka spice and lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix well.

Melt butter in a pan.
-
Cook chicken for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Put a bread slice over the chicken.

Then place a piece of burning coal on bread slice.

Drizzle a few drops of oil over it.

Cover and leave it for 5 minutes.
To Proceed:

Spread butter over the chapatti, then add cooked chicken
-
Roll it tightly.

Secure with wooden pick.

Repeat this procedure with the remaining chapattis.

Chicken Roll is ready now.

Serve immediately.
