Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/3 cup boiled chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup spring onion
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cheddar cheese sliced as required
Cooking Method
  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Then gradually add cooking oil.
  3. Stir in baking powder, salt, red chili flakes, and black pepper powder.
  4. Now fold in flour.
  5. Add boiled chicken, carrot, capsicum, green chilies and spring onion.
  6. Pour this mixture in a preheated sandwich maker.
  7. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Take it out and cut it from one side.
  9. Place cheese slice in it.
  10. Chicken veggie pockets are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
