Ingredients
For The Cutlets:
- 2-1/2 cups Boiled chicken
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 Egg
- Oil for deep frying
- Bread crumbs for coating
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Cooking Method

Make the white Sauce by melting butter, add in flour and sauté on low till aroma of flour comes, add salt and pepper.

Remove from the stove.

Stir in the milk and keep stirring till thick, using a whisk.

Keep aside.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a saucepan and add onions and garlic. Cook till the onions are transparent then add chicken, flour, salt and black pepper. Mix the thick white sauce and coriander leaves and leave the mixture to chill, for at least half an hour.

Shape into cutlets.

First dip in beaten egg then coat in flour and bread crumbs.

Deep fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
