This easy-to-make Chilli Garlic Chicken Wings Recipe Chef Samina Jalil, can be prepared using minimal ingredients. The spicy glaze of these chicken wings is a show stopper – made with a tempting combination of chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and a touch of honey. YUMMY!

Ingredients
For Marination :
- 400 gm Chicken wings with skin
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- Salt as required
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Oil for frying
For Glaze:
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- ¾ tsp Crushed black pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method

Place chicken wings in a mixing bowl.

Add soy sauce, garlic, salt, egg, flour, black pepper in it.

Mix until well coated and leave it to marinate for 1 hour.

After one hour, heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Fry chicken wings on medium flame for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden color.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in another frying pan. Saute garlic in it then add honey and soy sauce in it.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 1 minute then remove from the heat.

Toss the fried chicken wings in the honey glaze.

Transfer into a serving platter.

Serve hot.
