Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 egg
- 200 gm butter
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 tbsp almond chopped
- 12 almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut grated
- fresh milk as required
Cooking Method

Preheat oven at 325 degree F.

In a bowl, cream butter and sugar.

Then add egg and mix well with hands.

Add crushed coconut, plain flour, vanilla essence and baking powder.

Mix well.

Add milk and knead a dough.

Shape small balls out of dough.

Put almond slices on each cookie.

Place cookies in a greased cookie tray.

Now place Cookie tray in the preheated oven.

Bake for 15 minutes until edges and bottoms are lightly browned.

Let it cool for 2 minutes on the wire rack.
