Ingredients
  • 130 gm Sugar
  • 65 gm Oil
  • 65 gm Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 80 gm Water
  • 112 gm Flour
  • 112 gm Baking powder
  • 4 gm Baking soda
  • 3 gm Coco powder
  • 40 gm Walnuts
For Frosting:
  • 300 gm Whipped cream
  • 250 gm Dark chocolate
  • 80 gm Chocolate powder
  • 100 gm Cream cheese
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, beat sugar , oil , yogurt and eggs.
  2. Now add all the dry items and pour in cup cake mould.
  3. Bake on 175 degree for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
For Icing:
  1. Heat cream a bit and add chocolate powder now add cream cheese and chocolate.
  2. Let it cool then frost the cupcakes.
  3. Chocolate Walnut Cupcakes are ready to serve.
