Ingredients
  • 2 Boiled potatoes
  • Plum as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp Dry mango powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • Coriander & Mint leaves as required
  • 3 Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ cup Water
Cooking Method
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add plum, coriander powder, green chilies, sugar, cumin seeds, dry mango powder, chaat masala, chili powder, salt to taste and water.
  3. Fry very well.
  4. Now add boiled potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Lastly garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
  6. Delicious Chutney Aloo are ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot.
