Ingredients
- 500 gm Fish fillet
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 125 gm Rice flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Crushed cumin seeds
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Cut fish into small cubes and put in a bowl.

Marinate with garlic paste, lemon juice, crushed cumin, all spice powder, turmeric powder, red pepper and salt.

Then add egg and rice flour.

Coat fish fillets evenly.

Deep fry fish for 8-10 minutes or until cooked from inside and golden brown from outside.

Take it out in a serving platter.
