This Crispy Masala Fish Recipe by Shireen Anwar, is easy to make Fish pieces are coated in a batter made of gram flour and some Asian spices and then deep-fried in hot oil till crispy and crunchy. a must try recipe!

Ingredients
- 500 gm Fish sliced
- 8 Garlic cloves
- 2 Green chilies
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- ¼ cup coriander leaves chopped
- 4-6 Curry leaves
- 1 tsp red Chili powder heaped
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Cumin roasted & crushed
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Tandoori masala
- a pinch Orange color
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Gram flour
- 2 tbsp Semolina
- Oil for deep frying
Cooking Method

In a blender, blend together garlic, chopped coriander, green chilies, curry leaves, lemon juice, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and allspice, tandoori masala, color and salt.

Process to make a fine paste.

Apply this paste on fish pieces.

Marinate fish for at least 30 minutes.

In a plate, mix together the corn flour, gram flour, semolina, pinch of salt, little chopped coriander, mix well keep aside.

Now roll fish pieces nicely in the prepared flour.

Deep fry fish in hot oil for 12-15 minutes or until cook from inside and golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.

Crispy Masala Fish is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with green chutney.
