Ingredients
- 6 Drumsticks
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup White bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Crushed red chili
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- to fry Oil
Cooking Method

Marinate chicken drumsticks with ginger garlic paste, black pepper, red chili, rosemary, oregano, salt, mayonnaise and vinegar for 30 minutes.

Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.

Cook marinated drumsticks on low flame for 20 minutes.

Now take it out of pan, cool and dip in 2 beaten Eggs.

Roll in corn flour then coat in white bread crumbs.

Deep fry in hot oil for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.

Crunchy Drumsticks are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with ketchup and Chutney.
