Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 500 gm Potatoes
- 1 tsp Ginger whole
- 250 gm Yogurt
- 250 gm Onion chopped
- 2-3 Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds crushed
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns
- 1 cup Oil
- Green chilies as required
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
Cooking Method

In a bowl, add eggs, potatoes and ginger.

Then add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, crushed cumin seeds, black peppercorns and 2 tbsp oil. Mix well.

Now heat oil and fry chopped onions.

Then add tomatoes, ginger garlic and all the ground spices.

Mix well.

Now add yogurt and cook well.

Then add 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and curry is thickened.

Dish it out.

Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies.

Sprinkle all spice powder.

Dahi Anda Aalu is ready to serve.

Serve hot with boiled rice or roti.
