Ingredients
  • 125 gm Boiled gram lentil
  • ½ kg Chicken mince
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
  • ¼ bunch Mint leaves
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 medium piece Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp All spice powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, put together boiled gram lentils, chopped onion, half of the mint leaves, half of the coriander leaves and chopped green chilies.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Then add salt, red pepper, all spice powder and lemon juice.
  4. Mix well and keep aside.
  5. In a chopper, put together chicken mince, chopped onion, chopped carrot, salt, remaining coriander & mint leaves, black pepper, flour, egg and corn flour.
  6. Chopperize finely and then remove in a bowl.
  7. Now spread a little mince mixture in your hand, top with boiled lentil.
  8. Fold and make in a balled stuffed with boiled lentils.
  9. Dip each ball into beaten egg and deep fry until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oil.
  11. Dal Bhari Chicken is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve as appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce.
