Ingredients
- 100 gm dates
- 100 ml Warm water
- 50 gm Brown sugar
- 125 gm Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 50 gm Butter
- 1 Egg
Ingredients for Sauce:
- 50 gm Brown sugar
- 100 ml Fresh cream
- 25 gm Butter
Cooking Method

In a mixing bowl, blend together the dates and warm water. Mix until well combined.

Now add baking powder,50 gm butter, 50 gm brown sugar, an egg and flour. Mix very well.

Now pour mixture in a greased lined cake mold and bake on 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

In a separate pan, put together fresh cream, 50 gm brown sugar and 25 gm butter.

Cook for 4 – 5 minutes. Remove from fire and keep aside. Spread this sauce on top of baked pudding.
