Ingredients
- 250 gm Falsa
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp rose water
Cooking Method

Soak Falsa in 1 cup of water for 4-5 hours.

After 4 hours, put in a blender and process until smooth.

Then strain in a fine muslin so all the juice comes out.

In a pan, add sugar, 1/2 cup water.

Cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until sugar syrup is ready.

Now stir in Falsa juice.

Cook for further 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Stir rose water in it.

Pour this mixture in the lolly molds.

Then place in the refrigerator.

Freeze for at least 12 hours.

Delicious Falsa Lolly is ready to serve.
