Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken with skin
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika heaped
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Oil for brushing
Cooking Method

Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients except oil for at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

Put chicken in an baking tray and bake in the pre-heated oven on 180 degree C for 45 mins.

Keep pouring 1 tbsp oil on top of the chicken after every 10 mins

Cook 20 minutes longer or chicken is tender and nicely browned. Remove from the oven. Farosh Chicken is ready to serve.
