Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless fish fillets
- 2 egg whites
- a pinch of yellow food color
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp all spice powder
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Cooking Method

Wash fish fillets then cut into fingers.

In a bowl, mix together egg whites, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ground all spice, a pinch of yellow food color and salt.

Make a smooth batter.

Put fish fingers in this batter.

Toss to coat evenly.

Marinate for 30 minutes.

Deep fry the marinated fish fingers for 10-12 minutes or until till golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper.
