Ingredients
- 400 gm Boneless chicken cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp Raw papaya grinded, with skin
- 3 tbsp Tikka boti masala use it of any brand
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder leveled
- 1/2 tsp Chat masala
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs beaten
- Bread crumbs as required
Cooking Method

Marinate boneless chicken cubes with tikka boti masala, raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt, chat masala and leave it for 1 hour.

Thread chicken on wooden skewers.

Coat in bread crumbs and dip in beaten eggs.

Deep fry in hot oil for 8-10 minutes or until light golden.

Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.

Fried Chicken Sticks are ready to serve.
