Ingredients
  • 100 gm ricotta cheese khoya
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tin cocktail fruits
  • 1 mango
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup ice crushed
Cooking Method
  1. Peel mango then put its pulp in a blender.
  2. Add coconut milk and cocktail fruit.
  3. Process for 1 minute or until smooth.
  4. Now add fresh cream, khoya and sugar.
  5. Blend again.
  6. Pour into serving glasses.
  7. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over it.
  8. Add crushed ice.
  9. Delicious fruity smoothie is ready now.
  10. Serve immediately.
